SHIPPING POLICY

At Williams Technical Services, we are committed to delivering your hardware supplies safely and promptly.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries, please contact our team prior to placing an order.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout)
    Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather or courier delays).

Delivery Charges

  • Orders under £50: Standard delivery fee of £4.95

  • Orders over £50: Free standard delivery

  • Express delivery: £7.95 flat rate

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Partners
We use reputable courier services such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce to ensure reliable and secure delivery.

Click & Collect
Local customers may opt for Click & Collect from our store at
36 Station Rd, North Harrow, Harrow, HA2 7SE, subject to confirmation. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at
wts010321@hotmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order number or receipt)

Certain items such as custom orders, clearance products, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us at wts010321@hotmail.com to request a return authorisation.

  2. Package the item securely and include your order details.

  3. Send the parcel to:

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different item or size? We’re happy to help with exchanges, subject to stock availability. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographs (if possible). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original method of payment.
